Q: What is my tracking number?

A: Your tracking number will be sent to you after your order has been shipped. To check the progress of your order, click the tracking link in the shipping confirmation email. If you need assistance or have any further questions, please contact us and we will help you find your tracking information.

Q: How do I make changes to my order?

A:  If you want us to update your address, you have 24 hours to request the update after you place the order. But once we shipped the item, we can't update address but we can still update your contact information like Name or phone number any time.


Q: What if I need to cancel my order?

A: Typically, you have one day after your order is placed to cancel it. We cannot cancel an order that has already been shipped. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us and we will see what we can do, but we can not guarantee that we will be able to successfully cancel your order.

Q: When will I receive a reply after I contact Trenchio?

A: We will send you a response ASAP, typically within 24 hours.
